Students engage in nine units, including advanced postgraduate studies, ethics, and a combination of advanced research methods and preparation. This phase involves crafting a research proposal, conducting literature reviews, and formulating an appropriate methodology. Upon confirmation of candidature, students delve into supervised research, analysis, and the implementation of their approved proposal, culminating in a thesis.
Upon completion, graduates are well-equipped for academic careers in organisational leadership or related fields. Additionally, they can pursue leadership and management roles in government, non-government organizations, and corporations. The diverse research focus allows for opportunities in consulting, finance, policy analysis, market research, data analytics, technology transfer, and technical and professional writing.
