Depending on your specific requirements and written agreements, our services include, but are not limited to:

• Visa Services: Professional assistance with the preparation, lodgment, and management of Australian student, partner, skilled, and family visa applications.
• Education Services: Education counseling, course and institution selection, university/college applications, scholarship guidance, English language test guidance, and student support.
• Taxation Services: Financial compliance, tax return preparation, and tax consultation services tailored to migrants, students, and professionals in Australia.

3. OMARA Code of Conduct

All Australian migration and visa services provided by Oli & Associates are heavily regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). 4. Client Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

Accuracy of Documents

You must provide information and documents that are accurate, genuine, complete, and current. You must not submit forged, altered, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete documents. If we reasonably believe that information is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse to submit an application, suspend services, and terminate our relationship with you immediately.

Application Deadlines

You are responsible for meeting deadlines communicated to you by our team, educational institutions, assessing authorities, or the Department of Home Affairs. While we make reasonable efforts to assist you, we are not responsible for a missed deadline caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by you or a third party.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We utilize extensive professional experience to assist you; however, we do not guarantee university or college admission, scholarship approval, visa approval, state nomination, specific taxation outcomes, or processing times. Results depend entirely on the final decisions of external bodies, including the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and educational institutions.

6. Fees, Third-Party Costs, and Refunds

Service Fees

Any consultancy or professional fees payable to Oli & Associates will be clearly communicated to you in a written Client Agreement, quotation, or invoice before work commences. You agree to pay agreed fees within the specified timeframe.

Third-Party Fees & Disbursements

Government visa application charges, skills assessment fees, university tuition deposits, medical examinations, English testing fees, and insurance costs are separate from our professional fees. These third-party costs are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective third party.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility for our professional fees depends on the service purchased, work already completed, and the terms set out in your signed Client Agreement. Amounts paid directly to third parties (e.g., universities or government bodies) are not automatically refundable through us.

7. Website Use, Intellectual Property, and Security

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, calculators, documents, and designs published on our website are owned by Oli & Associates. You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to universities, government authorities, and payment providers. We do not control their content, security, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply formal endorsement.

We may suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay agreed fees, provide fraudulent documents, or engage in abusive conduct toward our staff.

Governing Law

For services rendered via oli.com.au or by our Australian office, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
