Upon completion, graduates gain direct entry into the second year of several bachelor’s programs, including Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Arts and Production, Media and Public Affairs, Arts, and International Studies at Deakin University. The diploma curriculum offers a broad spectrum of unit options encompassing advertising, communications, criminology, journalism, digital media, and public relations, ensuring flexibility for students entering the second year of a relevant bachelor’s degree. Future career pathways encompass roles within advertising agencies, account management, media planning, journalism, copywriting, art direction, media policy, politics, and research.

To enroll in Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, it is vital that applicants collect the following prior to applying:
- Minimum 45% in High School OR +2
- Letter of Recommendation
- English Language Proficiency Requirements (IELTS Overall 5.5 with no band score less than 5.0)
- Transcripts of all previous academic degrees (To be translated in English and approved by the translator)
